Children, Youth and Students

We have a number of activities for children, young adults and students happening all the time. We’ve listed below some of those activities and put the age range in brackets. Most of the age ranges are not rigid so if you almost fall within one then don’t worry!

Tuesday Club (ages 5-11)

Tuesday Club meets in Chorlton every Tuesday at 6.30pm and is over one hour of games, music and crafts with a Christian. Tuesday Club meets at Buckthorn House, Nell Lane, Chorlton. A minibus pick up service is available - call 0161 998 3131 for more information.

Sunday School (ages 3-15)

Sunday School runs alongside the morning services for children aged 3 to 15 years old. Sunday School gives young children the chance to experience church, explore their faith and ask questions about what they see in the main service. We believe our children are not just the future but are as much a part of the church today as anyone else.

Flava (girls aged 10-18)

The lazy way to sum up Flava is to describe it as a mini Women of Purpose. It takes the same basic outline but adds smoothies, dressing up and karaoke…….loud karaoke. Flava meets several times during the year so check out the events diary for details of the next event.

ATOM (boys aged 6-12)

The lazy way to sum up ATOM is to describe it as a masculine Flava We of course will not do that! ATOM is about letting boys be boys and getting together to have fun. Most boys like running around and playing football and they like to learn by doing so we teach them about God whilst running around and playing football. Sometimes we are not sure who is having the most fun, the kids or the adults!

YPF (ages 11-16) & DNA (various ages!)

YPF is our weekly youth group for high school kids that meets during term time 7.30pm-9pm. It’s run by our youth pastor, Richard, and his team of great helpers. Richard and his wife, Petra, also run a weekly small group just for this age group every Monday at 7.30pm at their house. Call Richard on 0161 998 3131 for more info.

DNA are regular events bringing the young adults of the church together with the old young adults of the church!?! Events are varied and sometimes extreme!
